Cricket, heard.
CricSonic is an online blind cricket game made for players who are blind or have low vision, and for anyone who wants to play with them. You hear the ball leave the bowler's hand, bounce down the pitch, and meet your bat. Then you call your runs.
-
Bat, bowl and field
Time your shot to the sound of the ball. Set your length and line when you bowl. Place your field as captain.
-
3D sound
Hear the ball rattle past, the fielders chase it, and your partner call from the other end.
-
Play online
Team up with friends, up to six a side, or face the computer. Watchers can listen in from the bench.
-
Real rules
Built on the rules of blind cricket: the ground, the ball, the umpires' calls, and the powerplay.
-
Works with your screen reader
NVDA on Windows and TalkBack on Android. No mouse, no looking.
-
Made by a blind cricketer
Designed by someone who plays the game, and tested by ear, ball by ball.
